A prayer for those affected by the school massacre today. (Thanks, lightman. It really spoke to my heart.)
“Watch, dear Lord,
with those who wake, or watch, or weep,
and give your angels charge over those who sleep.
Keep the sick,
rest the weary,bless the dying,
soothe the suffering,
pity the afflicted,
shield the joyous,
and all for your love’s sake.”
I'll complain tomorrow about making schools, particularly those attended by responsible adults, victim disarmament zones.
